The websites adoptenosidees.com and adoptourideas.com (hereinafter the “Platform”) are intended for:

• around ideas, concepts, projects, skills, or opportunities, particularly for companies, project leaders, investors, partners, or talents.

The Platform acts as an intermediary and does not replace the parties in their contractual relationships.

3. Access to the website

Access to the website is free of charge for any user with Internet access.

Certain features may be:

• reserved for registered users,
• subject to specific conditions,
• or subject to pricing (see Terms of Sale).

The publisher reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to the website for technical, maintenance, or security reasons.

Any later agreement will be governed by a separate contract.

Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, or use is prohibited.

Rights to content submitted by users remain their property, subject to the licenses required for the operation of the Platform.

The publisher does not guarantee:

• the outcome of introductions or matchmaking,
• the economic or technical relevance of the ideas presented.

The publisher shall not be liable in the event of:

• disputes between users,
• loss of opportunity,
• indirect or non-material damages.

Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Kingdom, unless resolved amicably beforehand.
